• You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources. oke4d reserves the right to conduct additional checks on large or suspicious deposits.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your Account, except in cases of technical error or duplicate transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 5 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (24/7 availability).
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may require additional documentation and may take up to 24 hours to process.
• oke4d reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal limits if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Any active Bonus balance must meet the stated wagering requirements before withdrawal. Failure to complete wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Bonus Abuse

oke4d has zero tolerance for Bonus abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus repeatedly.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate Bonus outcomes.
• Using automated systems or bots to complete wagering requirements.
• Irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event simultaneously).
• Exploiting software errors or system glitches to obtain unfair advantage.

We reserve the right to withhold or confiscate Bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that you have engaged in Bonus abuse.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after confirmation.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If postponed beyond 48 hours, bets are void and stakes refunded.
• If a match is abandoned before completion, bets are void unless the outcome is already determined (e.g., Over 0.5 Goals when 2 goals have been scored).
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if any selection is void, the entire accumulator is recalculated excluding the void selection.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. Dealer decisions are final.
